Meet R.E.D.

RADONCo. Experimental Dragon #120, otherwise known as RED-120 or R.E.D. or just Red but NEVER Red.

R.E.D. here has some crazy eyes. He has a grand total of nine eyes (after I got rid of a pair), giving him roughly 300 degree vision (20-20, too). All of these eyes also have a secondary purpose for hypnotizing his most hated enemies into killing themselves with whatever weapon they have on hand, including their own fists/hands.

Which is strange since the R.E.D. series was created for the purpose of quick, relatively humane killing in stealth warfare - his needle-like claws can puncture a human skull like a knife through butter, not to mention a heart or lung. He finds this incredibly boring, however; such is the one flaw in his make-up.

He's actually much nicer than he looks (ultra-thin, sleek body with belly spikes for that extra grip when climbing), just prone to mean pranks and jokes.

He also drools a lot due to the ability to remove moisture from the air (for situations in which there is little pooled moisture like lakes or ponds) - drooling gets rid of much of the excess water that he picks up.

And he's got the general mindset/accent of Communist Russia.
